I keep more lists then people think
So specific, all planned, I hate risks
You're big brother on the outside door who wants in
But it doesn't swing both ways
You get your cut but you also want my pay
Protected to the teeth just means that I'm weak
Too weak to get you off my back
The camera's always on so we can't fight and I know it's on your mind
You always say it's so much work from scratch, and is it really worth your time?
We are the last to the party so here it goes
But most empires end up in smoke
You'll lead us right to the mob who's armed with stones
I've got my hands up
The camera's always on so we can't fight and I know it's on your mind
You always say it's so much work from scratch, and is it really worth your time?

a perfect showcase for extreme technical mastery, but unlike almost every other band at this level, the complexity and skill is not the point at all, everything is so focused on expression, emotion, energy... Converge is untouchable Giles

Certainly on the mellower side of instrumental post-metal, almost bordering on post-rock, perfect for when you want something heavy but chill. Beautiful, consistent yet varied, definitely recommended!
PS — Evidently this just went nyp, so grab it while you can… MJ
